Fast forward to 2022, after a global pandemic that brought the world to a halt, we view health & wellness on a much broader lens. It's not just about fitness and nutrition anymore. We now pay close attention to our mental and spiritual health.
In doing so, different practices have evolved to help us stay in top physical, mental and spiritual form. While this is a great step towards an incredible goal - a civilization where each individual is truly well inside and out, it can be challenging and sometimes downright intimidating to start our pursuit of health & wellness.
