Kim is a registered dietitian and certified lactation specialist. She has been an RD for 30 years, working with pregnant and breastfeeding women and their children. In addition to working as an RD, she started her own integrative health coaching business.

She is on a mission to educate the world about perimenopause and menopause. She wants it to become the norm to talk about it and that women don’t have to hide and feel like they are going crazy or broken. Kim has an advanced certification in hormone health and gut health. She is a self-declared science geek who loves talking about gut bugs and how they affect hormones.

She is a boy mom who dealt with puberty during perimenopause, and everyone has lived to talk about it. Now that her boys are grown, Kim likes to spend her spare time traveling and sitting on a beach somewhere warm.
